Common questions.

Can I switch plans later?: Yes. You can move to a higher plan whenever you need more checks or capacity. Downgrades take effect at your next renewal, so you keep the paid features for the term you've already paid for.
What happens if I reach my plan's check limit?: Your existing checks keep running - nothing is dropped. You just can't create new checks until you remove some or move to a plan with a higher limit.
Is there a free trial of paid plans?: Yes - you can trial any paid plan free for 14 days, no card required. The Free plan is also free forever if you don't need the paid limits.
Do you offer refunds?: We don't offer refunds on paid terms, which is exactly why we give you the 14-day free trial and a forever-free plan - so you can be sure Pulzera is right for you before you pay. You can cancel anytime, and you'll keep access through the term you've already paid for. If something isn't working out, get in touch - we're reasonable people.
What payment methods do you accept?: All major credit cards via Stripe. Enterprise and Custom plans can be invoiced annually with bank transfer.
